Baby Says
Went and saw The Kills on friday night at the Roundhouse in Camden, and confirmed what i have long known; i just love Jamie Hince.
They did not dissapoint, the two of them captured the roundhouse with their slow, haunting, enticing and lust filled sound. It ended all too soon.
Listen to their latest album Blood Pressures; only on second listening do you realise how good it is.

She's convinced herself she's immortal and so she is
Was just doing a bit of catching up on True Blood in readiness for season 4, and realised how beautiful Evan Rachel Wood is. She is perfect as the petulant Queen Sophie-Anne. Her look is perfect for the role of a vapire, stunningly beautiful, flawless skin, captivating but with a bit of an edge.
Even though its not from True Blood i really love this shot of her.

Meow
Catwoman= what i want to be when i grow up.
here are a few things i observed today and found mildly amusing:
1. A young child trying to understand a hotdog
2. Two guys hugging while another two of their male friends looked awkwardly on. After a minute of hug watching the other two obviously thought, 'what the hell!' and had a little hug themselves!

Doctors Orders
Went to Doctors Orders at Jam in Brighton on saturday night. It was one of the best nights i have been to in a long time. DJ Spin Doctor was incredible, his hip-hop selections were perfect; a first class mixture of old and new with a few unexpected tunes thrown in to the mix. While J- Live's rhymes were so clear it took me a while to realise it was him and not just the track! Just incredible, will make you remember why hip-hop is brilliant.
Next Doctors Orders is saturday 16th April, go!

Japan
My heart goes out to all those in Japan at the moment. The scale of the disaster is just beyond comprehension, it is the country most prepared for this kind of event but it just didn' stand a chance. I watched, with horror, the scenes of the tsunami unfold and felt such a terrible helplessness. Don't forget to do what little we can to help and donate to the Red Cross. Red Cross Japan
